At Log Cabin Sale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and garden additions. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it back in its original shipping crates or boxes, ensuring all hardware and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  For large log cabin kits, we will coordinate a specialized freight pickup; for smaller home accessories, you may use the provided prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
